IN MY MAKE UP BAG: SPRING EDITION

I've recently added some new additions to my everyday makeup staples which together are giving me a go-to and simple look perfect for the (hopefully) impending Spring time.

Rimmel Glam Eyes Liner | L'Oréal True Match Foundation 'Rose Ivory' | Bourjois Cream Blush '03' | L'Oréal Miss Manga Mascara | Topshop Lipstick 'All About Me' | Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Paint 'Rich Russet' | L'Oréal Superliner Brow Artist 'Brunette' | Makeup Bag; Primark (old)

First thing's first... I appear to like L'Oréal at the moment. And with good reason! They have some really great products on those shelves of theirs. I spoke about how I discovered their True Match foundation and I am totally in love with everything about it. Great colour match, beautiful finish and really good coverage. Everything you could need in a foundation.
I'm also really liking the new Miss Manga mascara by them. I know this has had very mixed reviews but I think mascara works differently on everyone. I personally really like it. It gives good volume and length. I do sometimes get the odd issue with clumpiness but on the whole I'm really liking using it. The brush is really good for getting the little lashes in the corners too.
And the last L'Oréal product is the Superliner Brow Artist pencil. This is something I haven't actually even heard about prior to buying but there was an offer on and I can't say no. I've been incredibly loyal to Benefit's Browzings for a long time when it comes to brows but this has been saving a lot of time in the mornings. It helpfully has a little brow brush on the lid to comb through the colour to stop it looking too harsh (which is my main worry with an eyebrow pencil) and the other end of the pencil has a wax pencil to use to set the brows.
The cream blush (excuse the state of the packaging) is something I actually bought last year when they were released but I've recently re-discovered it. With this foundation, I've found it so much easier to use and it's such a beautiful peachy colour that will work for all skin tones. And the lipstick from Topshop is also a rediscovery from my stash. A beautiful, creamy bright pink. I used to only wear bright pinks and then I sort of forgot about them in exchange for dark reds but I'm very much ready to re-embrace the pink!
I've been using and loving the Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Paint a lot. This is basically a liquid eyeshadow that lasts FOREVER. I think the colour is quite similar to the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze but a bit darker. These are so easy to use and I'd really recommend this.
I blogged a bit ago about never being able to find my perfect liquid eyeliner. Since doing that post, the Rimmel Glam Eyes Liner is the one I seem to be reaching for most days. I seem to have cracked being able to get a good flick with it and the brush is just generally easier to use than the others I have.

So that's the new additions, and re-additions, to my makeup bag for the upcoming season. Very simple and natural.
What are you loving at the moment?
