REVIEW: THE BODY SHOP CAMOMILE CLEANSING BUTTER

I usually do reviews on the blog as mini reviews of new products I've bought and putting them all together rather than individual reviews. However, this product has blown me away and I feel it deserves a post on it's own. (If you'd like to read any of the mini review posts, click here.)

It's no secret how completely obsessed I have become with The Body Shop over the last year. Their products are wonderful, they do what they should and they've really helped me with some of my skin issues.
I've read about all the beauty bloggers banging on about cleansing balms but there just isn't really any on the high street. But then I discovered this treat from the Camomile range, described as a Cleansing Butter rather than Balm but it has that lovely soft touch to it that just feels so luxurious.
I have been using this to remove my makeup everyday for the last 2/3 weeks and I completely love it. You need the smallest amount to get all your make up off, apply it to dry skin and you can see and feel all the make up just dissolving away. Once you start massaging it in to the skin, it turns to more of an oil and then after a few minutes of massaging it in, I just a face cloth and run it under hot water to take off all the residue. It completely takes off all my make up and so quickly too. And my face feels amazingly soft afterwards.
I have also used this to remove my eye make up a few times. I don't often like putting cleansers on my eyes even if it says it's safe to (as this does) but I decided to give it a go. You can feel all the mascara just dissolving away so quickly - even my stubborn mascaras!
There's not a strong fragrance to this, it just smells very fresh and it's suitable for all skin types so is going to be fine for even sensitive skinned folk.
I'm desperate to pick up the Cleansing Oil now from the same range as I have seen a couple of bloggers talking about that too.
The Cleansing Butter is £12 and you get 76g of product! Considering you don't even need that much, it's probably going to last ages so an absolute bargain!

Have you tried this product? Or the cleansing oil? Let me know your thoughts!
